It appears to be a go.....Bountiful Baskets will start at my house on Saturday, July 30th. This is very exciting for anyone that has ever tried Bountiful Baskets at the other Evanston location or in another near by town. Bountiful Baskets is a co-op of people that get together and purchase their produce at a greatly reduced price. The process to purchase is easy and can all be done on they website, www.bountifulbaskets.org. You will need to register on their website in order to contribute to a basket. This site will be on week B. So every other week will be at my house but there is still the other location southwest of town which will be week A. So you can make a contribution and receive a basket every Saturday. If you haven't tried this you should. Not only do you get staples like apples, pears and lettuce but you also get things you might not usually buy like figs (yummy), artichokes, rhubarb, etc. If you have any questions, let me know.
